Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InnerYou Wellness website (inneryouwellness.com) and the Body Rewire program (together, the "Service"), operated by InnerYou LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. About the Service
Body Rewire is a 21-day educational program in breath, posture, mobility, gentle movement, and nervous-system regulation. When you purchase, you get a member account and access to a sequence of daily lessons — short videos, written practices, and prompts — delivered through the member area on our website.
We describe what’s included on the product page at the time of purchase. Bonus content, community access, or 1:1 elements are only included if the tier you buy specifically lists them.
2. Not medical advice
Innessa Rennard is a movement educator, not a licensed medical professional. Nothing in the Service is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness, injury, or condition.
You are responsible for knowing your own body. Before starting any new movement or breath practice — especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, managing a chronic condition, taking medication that affects balance or blood pressure, or working with a therapist on trauma-related material — consult a qualified healthcare provider. Modify or skip anything that feels wrong for your body.
If you experience pain, dizziness, or distress at any point, stop the practice. If you believe you are having a medical or mental-health emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or create an account. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
4. Your account and access
When you purchase the program, we create an account for you tied to the email address you use at checkout. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that happens under your account.
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your access to the tier you paid for is personal, non-transferable, and intended for lifetime access for as long as we continue to operate the Service. "Lifetime" means the reasonable lifetime of Body Rewire as an active product — not a guarantee that the Service will exist forever. If we ever discontinue the Service, we will give you reasonable notice and, where practical, an option to download lesson materials.
One account per person. Please don’t share your login or the program materials — see "Our content and your license"below.
5. Purchases, pricing, and taxes
Prices are listed on the pricing section of the site in US dollars and are what you’ll pay unless we explicitly say otherwise (e.g., a time-limited promotion). We may change prices at any time, but a price change won’t apply to a purchase you’ve already made.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Where sales tax, VAT, or similar is required by law, it may be added at checkout or handled by Stripe on our behalf.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on every tier. The full policy — including how to request a refund and what happens after 14 days — is on our Refund Policypage.
7. Our content and your license
All lesson content, videos, written material, audio, artwork, brand marks, and other materials that make up Body Rewire are owned by InnerYou LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the materials for your own private, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Share your account or login with anyone else.
- Copy, download (except where the site provides an explicit download), redistribute, republish, or resell any part of the materials.
- Use the materials — in whole or in part — to teach, coach, or train others as your own material, or to create a competing product.
- Scrape, mirror, or use automated tools to extract content or user data from the Service.
You keep ownership of anything you submit (a message to us, journal text you enter into a lesson field, a photo you send in a support email). By submitting it, you give us a limited license to use it for the purpose you sent it for (e.g., responding to your question). We won’t publish your personal submissions without your permission.
8. Acceptable use
Please don’t use the Service to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else break the law.
- Harass, defame, or harm other users, or send us abusive messages.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the site (probing for vulnerabilities, attempting to bypass authentication, uploading malware, etc.).
- Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section — see"Termination" below.
9. Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers to run the Service:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Supabase for user accounts and program data.
- Vercel for website hosting and analytics.
- An email delivery provider for account and program emails.
Each of these providers has its own terms and privacy policy that govern your interaction with their services. OurPrivacy Policy explains how these providers handle your information on our behalf.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerYou LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved by following the program. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerYou LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InnerYou LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) content you submit; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can also close your account by writing to us atirennard.exec@gmail.comor through our contact form. Closing your account ends your access to the program materials.
We can suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you materially violate these Terms, if we’re required to by law, or if continued access would create a legal or security risk. If we terminate your access outside of a violation, and you’re still within the 14-day refund window, you’ll get a full refund.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Content ownership,Disclaimers,Limitation of liability,Indemnification,Governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t accept them, please stop using the Service.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any formal claim, please email us atirennard.exec@gmail.com. Most concerns can be resolved directly and quickly.
